This page applies to B2B orders placed with YanSyn Intelligence Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. for moisture-proof cabinets (YSM), nitrogen cabinets (YSN) and drying ovens (YSHG) shipped worldwide.

1. Incoterms

Delivery is on standard Incoterms® (ICC). Unless otherwise agreed on the Proforma Invoice:

• EXW — Ex Works, our Shanghai factory (default for most orders).
• FOB — Free On Board, Shanghai port (common for sea shipments).
• CIF / CFR — Cost, Insurance and Freight / Cost and Freight to your named port.
• DDP — Delivered Duty Paid to your address (optional, on request).

2. Lead time

• Stock / standard models: [LEAD_STOCK] days after deposit.
• Custom-built units (per written specification): typically [LEAD_CUSTOM] days, confirmed in the Proforma Invoice.
• Lead times are estimates; force majeure and component shortages may extend them, and we will notify you promptly.

3. Export packing

Every unit is packed in a seaworthy plywood crate (fumigation-free, ISPM-15 compliant), with internal foam and moisture barrier, suitable for long-distance sea or air freight. Calibration/test records travel inside the crate.

4. Shipping methods

• Sea: LCL (less-than-container) or FCL, to your nearest port.
• Air: for urgent or small orders, to your nearest airport.
• Express: samples and spare parts via DHL/FedEx/UPS.

5. Shipping documents

We provide: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Air Waybill, and on request Certificate of Origin and CE / conformity documentation needed for your import and tender.

6. Customs, import duties and taxes

Except under DDP, the buyer is responsible for import duties, local VAT/taxes and customs clearance in the destination country. Please confirm HS codes and local requirements with your broker before ordering.

7. Payment methods

• T/T (bank transfer) — preferred. Typically [DEPOSIT_PCT]% deposit to start production, balance before shipment or against copy of Bill of Lading.
• L/C at sight — accepted for larger orders, subject to our approval.
• PayPal / Escrow — available for samples and small amounts.
• Currency: USD / EUR / CNY as agreed. Bank charges are split (sender pays own bank).

8. Order confirmation and tracking

Production starts on deposit receipt. We share build photos, test data and the tracking number once shipped. You will receive a pre-shipment inspection invitation for large orders.

9. Delays and force majeure

We are not liable for delay caused by force majeure (weather, port congestion, customs, pandemic, war, supplier failure beyond our control). We will work with you on the best available alternative.
